Home care fund for Janet in Kampala
Help Janet stay in her own home with six months of part-time care.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 77. After worsening Parkinson's disease Janet can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Janet desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Janet worked all of her life as a farmer, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $200 goes:
• Medication and prescriptions: $100
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $45
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $55
Glad we found this place.
