Home care fund for Dhruv in Mumbai

I'm caring for my father, who's 80. After a fall and hip fracture Dhruv can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Dhruv desperately wants to stay at home. I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Dhruv worked all of his life as a seamstress, and raised 2 children.
