Home care fund for Cristina in Alicante
Cristina cannot afford the care She needs after a stroke last July; we are asking for $2,250.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 84. After a stroke last July Cristina can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Cristina desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Cristina worked all of her life as a carpenter, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $2,250 goes:
• Part-time carer (three months): $1,450
• Medication and prescriptions: $370
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $210
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $220
