Home care fund for Bilal in Riyadh
Bilal, 80, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $2,500 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my father, who's 80. After a fall and hip fracture Bilal can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Bilal desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Bilal worked all of his life as a seamstress, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for four months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Part-time carer (four months): $2,000
• Medication and prescriptions: $200
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $145
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $155
