Home care fund for Barbara in Gliwice
Help Barbara stay in her own home with six months of part-time care.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 91. After worsening Parkinson's disease Barbara can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Barbara desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Barbara worked all of her life as a carpenter, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $2,100 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $1,550
• Medication and prescriptions: $210
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $140
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $200
Every share and every dollar helps.
Updates from Emilia
2% there. I made the first payment toward mobility aids and bathroom adaptations. Thank you.
Good news. Because of your gifts ($32 in total) I met with the care agency and confirmed the amounts. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
Wanted to say thank you properly. 1% funded and the plan for part-time carer is now scheduled.
