I'm caring for me, who's 75. After the death of his spouse Adel can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Adel desperately wants to stay at home. I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Adel worked all of his life as a farmer, and raised 5 children.
