Hina's gallbladder removal can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After an aortic valve defect, Hina was cleared for gallbladder removal, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Hina was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in June. The surgeon at Saint Mary Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and She is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,200, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,100 short.
my mother has been in and out of Saint Mary Hospital since June. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without gallbladder removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,200 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Hina struggles with daily life and can't lift anything heavy. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 8 weeks. During that time Hina won't be able to lift anything heavy, so the costs keep growing.
The money goes straight to the treatment bills, and I'll share the invoices as they're paid so you can see exactly what your gift did.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $500
• Hospital stay (3 nights): $450
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $70
• Post-operative medication: $20
• Physiotherapy sessions: $35
• Travel and lodging for the family: $25
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thanks for sharing this, Bushra. It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Multan
