Hermann received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
After the closure of the factory, Hermann is 3 months behind on rent and has a termination letter from the landlord.

When my hours were cut in half in August, Hermann fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Saturday a termination letter was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $4,450.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, the family must leave.
There are three school-aged children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Hermann has started working extra hours at a market stall, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.

• Rent arrears (3 months): $3,300
• Late fees and court costs: $280
• Utilities in arrears: $175
• First month of rent as a buffer: $695

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. rent arrears (3 months) comes first ($3,300) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. It helps to be asked.
