Oscar is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 26 November we rushed to the Abuja Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Abuja Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $300 goes: • Emergency surgery: $180 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $40 • Medication and follow-up visits: $15 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $65 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
