Help Zubby afford 10 counseling sessions
Zubby is working through a violent robbery and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.
🇳🇬 Lagos, Nigeria315 views
After a violent robbery, Zubby has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Badagry Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Zubby has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Zubby could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Zubby, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $250 goes:
• 10 therapy sessions: $180
• Psychiatric assessment: $45
• Workbook and resources: $25
Every share and every dollar helps.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Zubby
Sure. The biggest one is 10 therapy sessions, $180. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks, that means a lot.

Wishing you peace, Garba. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Badagry
