The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Zeeshan received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Zeeshan called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
