Help Yuto afford 20 counseling sessions
After a car accident, Yuto has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $2,255.

After a car accident, Yuto has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Nagoya Counselling Collective cost $50 each.
Yuto has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Yuto could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Yuto, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $2,255 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $1,900
• Psychiatric assessment: $350
• Workbook and resources: $5
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hope it all works out. Get well soon. I went through something like this 11 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Nagoya
Wishing you peace. Hope the doctors have good news. God bless
thinking of you and your family. Your post was clear and honest. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless!

You're not alone. Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Pokhara so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Rio de Janeiro.
