Poppy is my dog of three years. On 23 July we rushed to the Corpus Christi Emergency Vet Clinic with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $3,250. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $320 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Corpus Christi Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
