Help Yolanda start the school year with the right tools

Yolanda earned a place in Year 11 at Oakland Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $1,050, which is more than they have. Yolanda loves robotics and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $1,050 goes: • Laptop: $700 • School uniform and shoes: $180 • Textbooks and workbooks: $130 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40 Thank you so much.
