Help Ximena replace the radiator and cooling system and return to work
Ximena drives for a living in Jacksonville, and a broken radiator and cooling system has stopped all income for 4 weeks.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 4 weeks ago the radiator and cooling system failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• radiator and cooling system replacement (parts): $870
• Labor charges: $340
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $115
• Towing and inspection: $175
Thanks for being kind about this.

Thinking of you and your family. Hope you make a strong comeback. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Jacksonville.
rooting for you, Ximena. Shared it with a few friends. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Depok
So sorry you're going through this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Put this on a community board in Riyadh this morning.
