The water account is 4 months behind. Wilfredo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $1,000 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Wilfredo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $75 first, which isn't available.
