Help Wayne start the school year with the right tools
Wayne won a place at Birmingham Girls' High School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Wayne earned a place in Grade 9 at Birmingham Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $750, which is more than they have.
Wayne loves biology and wants to become a software developer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $750 goes:
• Laptop: $480
• School uniform and shoes: $100
• Textbooks and workbooks: $115
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $55
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

best of luck. Your post was clear and honest. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
