Help Walker save Daisy - surgery needed
Daisy, Walker's dog, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $1,550.
🇺🇸 United States1,205 views
Daisy is my dog of three years. On 16 January we rushed to Albuquerque Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,550.
They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $110 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Albuquerque Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,550 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $780
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $420
• Medication and follow-up visits: $155
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $195
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Walker
Emergency surgery is $780 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Ask me anything else.
So sorry you're going through this, Walker. Hope you get there. I'll check back for the next update. Take care.
