After military deployment, Walid has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Riyadh cost $60 each.
Walid has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Walid could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Walid, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Walid
Sure. The biggest one is 10 therapy sessions, $850. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
