A first-generation student, Wagner needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a degree in civil engineering.

Wagner is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Santarém University, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Wagner can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Wagner has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Wagner would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Wagner isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Santarém University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
