Help Wafa with an overdue heating bill before winter

The heating account is 2 months behind. Wafa received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $450 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Wafa called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $80 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Wafa is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
