Help Volodymyr keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked

The Neighbors' Pantry pantry in Moscow is running low just as demand rises; $1,100 will stock it for 10 weeks.

Moscow

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Tuesday from the back of a borrowed garage. We started with 20 families, and now we feed 376 each week. Donations have dropped by about 53% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week. We rely on volunteers - 15 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Moscow market and keep every receipt. Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week. I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday. Where the $1,100 goes: • Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $560 • Fresh vegetables and fruit: $340 • Baby formula and diapers: $125 • Refrigeration and electricity: $75 Thank you so much.
