Help Vishal save Oscar - surgery needed

Oscar is my three-legged dog of three years. On 18 April we rushed to the Saket Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Saket Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Oscar's recovery.
