Help Vindya afford 16 counseling sessions
A course of a structured recovery program for Vindya could change everything; the cost is $550.

After years of caregiving, Vindya has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Dehiwala cost $20 each.
Vindya has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Vindya could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Vindya, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Vindya.
Sure. The biggest one is 16 therapy sessions, $460. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
