Help Vincent save Milo - surgery needed

Milo is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 11 August we rushed to Kumasi Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Milo, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Milo is more than a pet - Milo got me through my hardest year. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kumasi Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
