Help Vikas replace the gearbox and return to work
Vikas's my pickup is Vikas's only source of income and needs a gearbox replacement costing $250.

I make my living with my pickup. 5 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 3 children. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $250 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $45
• gearbox replacement (parts): $165
• Towing and inspection: $40
Thank you for reading my story.

wishing you peace, Vikas. Hope this works out for you. God bless.
Thinking of you, Vikas. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I'm in farming myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Take care.
Take care. This could happen to any of us. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Thinking of you, Vikas. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
Hope the shop reopens soon. Love from São Paulo.
