Help Vida save Luna - surgery needed
Luna, Vida's tabby kitten, needs urgent treatment for a broken leg after a road accident costing $450.

Luna is my tabby kitten of six years. On 1 February we rushed to the Tamale Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Luna, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Luna is more than a pet - Luna is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Tamale Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Luna's recovery.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $270
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $110
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $45
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

we've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Melbourne.
Give Luna a hug from me. My husband and I read this together. All the best
Sending good thoughts. Poor Luna, hope they feel better soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Tamale!
