Help Varsha lay Srinivas to rest with dignity in Mumbai
Varsha lost her husband suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $700.

Srinivas, my husband, passed away on 12 February after a stroke. He was 82 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $700 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 March.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Srinivas to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $270
• Transport of the deceased: $45
• Funeral home services and casket: $385

Sure. The biggest one is cemetery plot and burial fees, $270. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one.
