After the death of both parents, Varsha has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Kanpur cost $15 each.
Varsha has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Varsha could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Varsha
