Valentina earned a place in Year 11 at Caruaru International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $300, which is more than they have.
Valentina loves biology and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $300 goes:
• Laptop: $120
• School uniform and shoes: $50
• Textbooks and workbooks: $75
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $55
