Help Vadym keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
The Neighbors' Pantry pantry in Kazan is running low just as demand rises; $700 will stock it for 8 weeks.

Since 2023, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Tuesday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 8 families, and now we feed 344 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 32% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 8 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Kazan market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $700 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $250
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $260
• Baby formula and diapers: $95
• Refrigeration and electricity: $95
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
