Umesh earned a place in Year 11 at Siliguri Boys' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have.
Umesh loves mathematics and wants to become an engineer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $150 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $45
• Laptop: $90
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $15

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 13 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
