Help Umesh afford 10 counseling sessions
Umesh is working through the death of both parents and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the death of both parents, Umesh has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Thrissur Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Umesh has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Umesh could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Umesh, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
