Help Umar keep the Community Pantry pantry stocked
Umar runs a volunteer pantry feeding 207 families; this fund restocks shelves for the harvest gap.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Community Pantry every Monday from the back of a community center. We started with 29 families, and now we feed 207 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 41% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 15 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Surabaya market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $300 goes:
• Refrigeration and electricity: $15
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $230
• Baby formula and diapers: $55
Every share and every dollar helps.
