Ziggy is my rabbit of two years. On 1 May we rushed to London Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,750. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $220 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to London Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,750 goes: • Emergency surgery: $840 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $520 • Medication and follow-up visits: $195 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $195 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Good luck, Travis. This could happen to any of us. Love from São Paulo.

    • best of luck. I hope things turn around soon. We're a small family in Dehiwala but we're thinking of you. Greetings from Dehiwala.

      • Good luck, Travis. We've got a rescue too so I know how much they mean. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
