Help Thiago save Simba - surgery needed

Simba is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 7 September we rushed to the Santos Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $500. They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Simba is more than a pet - Simba is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $65 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Santos Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
