Help Theresa get through 3 hard months with a toddler and a seven-year-old
After my partner leaving, Theresa is raising a toddler and a seven-year-old alone and needs $800 to stay afloat for 3 months.

After my partner leaving in August, I'm now raising a toddler and a seven-year-old on my own. I work as a cleaner, but my income doesn't cover rent, childcare and groceries.
I'm retraining as a dental nurse in the evenings, which will triple my income by October, but I need to bridge the gap until then.
Some weeks I skip meals so my children can eat. I have never asked anyone for help like this before, and I'm doing it for them.
Once I finish my course, I'll pay it forward.
Money goes toward rent, groceries, after-school care and the cost of my course. I'll give a monthly update with receipts.
Where the $800 goes:
• Rent top-up: $350
• Childcare and after-school care: $190
• Groceries and school meals: $155
• Course fees and exam costs: $105
Thanks for being kind about this.

Praying for you, Theresa. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I have a 14 year old who wants to send good wishes too.

So sorry you're going through this, Theresa. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better.
Hang in there. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless!
