Help Themba restart a roadside café in Pretoria after a storm that collapsed the roof
Themba has run a roadside café for twelve years; a storm that collapsed the roof destroyed the equipment, and $300 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a roadside café in Pretoria. In October, a storm that collapsed the roof took an espresso machine and grinder. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $300 goes:
• Initial stock: coffee and pastries: $140
• Shop repairs and licensing: $70
• Working capital for the first month: $90
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thinking of you and your family, Themba. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Awka.
Sending strength, Themba. Shared this with my family. Thinking of Pretoria
Your post was clear and honest. My neighbor in Medellín donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
