Teodoro has worked and saved for four years to study an electrical engineering diploma; a $700 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Teodoro is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Taguig University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700.
The registrar has said Teodoro can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Teodoro has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Teodoro would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Teodoro isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Taguig University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
