Max is my cat of thirteen years. On 14 May we rushed to Juazeiro do Norte Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,000. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Max is more than a pet - Max is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Juazeiro do Norte Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery. Where the $1,000 goes: • Emergency surgery: $670 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $240 • Medication and follow-up visits: $90 Thanks for reading all this. - Tatiane
