Help Taslima lay Nahid to rest with dignity in Mumbai
Taslima lost her grandfather suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $750.

Nahid, my grandfather, passed away on 17 September after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 40 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $750 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 27 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Nahid to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $380
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $250
• Transport of the deceased: $95
• Memorial gathering for the family: $25
