Help Tâm with an overdue electricity and water bill before the cold months
Tâm is behind on electricity and water bills after August's medical emergency and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Tâm received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Tâm called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Tâm is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Tâm's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $100 goes:
• Heating arrears: $45
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
