Taghreed is one term away from finishing a teaching qualification but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $2,450.

Taghreed is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Jeddah Community College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,450.
The registrar has said Taghreed can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Taghreed has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Taghreed would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Taghreed isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $2,450 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $550
• Final term tuition: $1,750
• Exam and lab fees: $55
• Textbooks and materials: $95
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
