Help Swetha keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
Swetha runs a volunteer pantry feeding 379 families; this fund restocks shelves for the rainy season.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Thursday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 9 families, and now we feed 379 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 37% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 20 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Varanasi market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $450 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $170
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $195
• Baby formula and diapers: $60
• Refrigeration and electricity: $25
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
