Help Swati move out of an unsafe apartment this Sunday
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Dwarka.

After an unsafe stairwell, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Dwarka, and the lease starts on Sunday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for four volunteers for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
