My nephew, Hillel, is 13 and in Year 10. Hillel loves school but mathematics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the move. The school-leaving exam is in August. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Jerusalem or online, for about ten weeks. Hillel is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in mathematics, you could change the course of Hillel's year. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending good thoughts, Dana. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Duisburg!
