Help Swapnil save Biscuit - surgery needed

Biscuit is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 23 January we rushed to the Siliguri Emergency Vet Clinic with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond April. Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
