Biscuit is my dog of thirteen years. On 28 May we rushed to Hồ Chí Minh City Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Hồ Chí Minh City Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
