I make my living with my motorbike. 3 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,300 goes:
• engine head gasket replacement (parts): $740
• Labor charges: $160
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $310
• Towing and inspection: $90
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

thinking of you, Soledad. Shared this with my family. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless.
Thinking of you. Shared this with my family. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
