Help Soledad lay Ángel to rest with dignity in Columbus
After the sudden passing of Ángel, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Ángel, my uncle, passed away on 27 August after a short illness. He was 36 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $4,200 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 15 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Ángel to have a dignified farewell.

The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $2,400
• Transport of the deceased: $250
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,550

hope it all works out, Soledad. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
